| 摘要 | 我國於1998年5月27日制定公佈「政府採購法」，當中的第96條就提供各機關進行綠色採購的法源依據，該條文明確訂定機關得於優先採購取得政府認可之環保標章商品，或其他在產品及原料之製造、使用過程及廢棄物處理，符合再生材質、可回收、低污染與省能源之原則，並經主管機關公告認可之綠色產品，就是希望透過政府機關改變採購模式，納入環境準則，並提高製造廠商生產環保產品的意願，以帶動並產生綠色產品之市場，並將綠色消費的觀念推廣出去。本文主要探討我國綠色採購制度探討與研究。並透過深度訪談法，從被研究者那裡蒐集第一手資料的研 |
