摘要本研究以電子顯微觀測之單顆粒分析技術解析硫酸鹽微粒乾沉降特性,選定三個不同污染特性之採樣點,分別為交通路口、郊區及海邊進行採樣分析。首先針對真空鍍膜反應法應用於電子顯微鏡觀測大氣微粒中硫酸鹽前處理技術,建立一套完整之單顆粒分析技術。真空鍍膜反應法建立後並配合電子顯微觀測之單顆粒分析技術解析硫酸鹽微粒之乾沉降特性。 本研究之主要成果如下:1 含硫酸鹽乾沉降微粒平均體積形狀因子 (Sv) 值於交通路口、郊區及海邊分別為1 87、1 24及1 25,顯示交通路口之乾沉微粒較其他兩採樣點不規則。2 本研究之分析方
