摘要為了配合科技發展的多變性,人類向來依賴自然環境提供發展所需的資源、能源,以利於工業製程單元之進行,但環境在伴隨工業發展的過程中,必須承擔受到污染排放的可能;因此產業在生產過程或製程目標裡,應加入污染減量的考量,以減少對自然環境的傷害,使產業與環境達成永續發展的雙贏狀態。 在本研究中,將以原油進口作為其參與一個國家石油產業活動之起點,採用工業生態的理論,推導原油物質流的總量平衡關係(General Equilibrium),在總量平衡方程式中加入廢棄物、中間添加物量的考量,建立煉油工業生態模型,並以危害權重
